A short note on your data
We collect as little as we can and use it only to reply to you and run our projects. Last updated 2 November 2026.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and whatever you tell us about your project. If we work together, we also hold the project information, drawings and correspondence needed to deliver the work.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, to run the project and meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our studio email through a third-party form-handling service, which processes them only to forward them to us. If we work together, your project information is shared with the consultants and contractors engaged on your project, and only for that purpose. We use standard email, cloud storage and our Client Studio to hold this information, with access limited to the team working on your project.
This website
The site does not use advertising cookies or trackers. It loads typefaces and images from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address in the ordinary course of serving those files. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy once it loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for as long as professional and statutory obligations require, which for buildings is typically several years after completion.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@thirtyninetyfourstudios.com.
